HISTORY: Hull Pottery was founded in 1905 in Crooksville, Ohio, and became known for its distinctive art pottery during the mid-20th century. Their pastel-colored floral designs and figurative pieces were highly popular during the 1940s and 1950s. The company ceased production in 1986.

Hull's Madonna and Child planters are particularly sought after by collectors of religious art and mid-century ceramics. These pieces often feature a soft, blush pink glaze and a stylized depiction of Mary holding the infant Jesus. The combination of religious iconography and modern design made them a popular item for home decor during the post-war era. Hull pottery is known for its craftsmanship and the enduring appeal of its designs, making it a favorite among collectors.
