Shipping policy

We primarily use UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Shipping charges are actual and calculated based on the weight and size of the package. We can combine shipping for multiple items but you MUST reach out to us BEFORE you pay to obtain a shipping quote. We are not able to send refunds without a shipping quote. We do our part to help preserve the earth by reusing existing clean packaging material. This does not necessarily mean cheaper, depending on the material used, this can sometimes cost more or take more time. But the earth is worth it and rest assured, your newfound treasure will be packed with the greatest of care, so it arrives safe and sound.

Covid accommodations: we sanitize all items when they arrive, pack them away and sanitize again before shipping. All of our packaging materials are kept in a clean and sealed space and the packager uses gloves when entering this space and/or packaging your new but old treasure.
