This little figurine looks handmade but there are no markings I can find. It has felt covering the bottom. However, he is in great condition. This little guy is dressed up like a medical professional and is getting ready to start surgery on his little teddy bear. Looks like his tool of choice is a saw. Poor Teddy Bear! There are no known flaws but no packaging.
